Learn how to cook "Lavash pies stuffed with cottage cheese and parsley". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
a few sheets of lavash
200 grams of sour cream
1 egg
500 grams of cottage cheese (can cheese)
parsley to taste
salt to taste
Method of preparation :
Line the bottom of the pan with parchment paper. Cut the lavash leaves into several equal sized pieces. Put a sheet of dough in the prepared dish, spread it with a mixture of beaten egg and cream, distribute evenly a little of the filling made from mashed with a fork cottage cheese and chopped parsley. Cover with a second sheet of dough, put the filling again, repeat the procedure 2 more times and smear the surface and sides with the cream-egg mixture. In the same way, prepare a few patties.
Bake in the oven for about 30 minutes at 200 degrees.
