Required products :

200 grams of shortbread cookies

70 grams of butter

4 kiwis

2 bananas

500 grams of yogurt

70 grams of sugar

1 tablespoon lemon juice

4 teaspoons gelatin

0.5 teaspoon of boiled water

For decoration :

2 kiwis

40 grams of almond leaves

Method of preparation :

Grind the biscuits to make crumbs. Add the softened butter to them and mix until smooth. Take a detachable cake pan, cover the bottom with baking paper and pour the "marshmallows". Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Pour gelatin with water and leave for 25-30 minutes to swell. Peel a kiwi and cut it into cubes. Then mix it with lemon juice and sugar. Put the combination on the stove for 2-3 minutes so that the fruit can release its juice and leave to cool. In this mixture add gelatin and yogurt, mix everything well.

When you remove the marshmallows from the refrigerator, arrange the sliced bananas on its surface. Pour the milk mixture on top and store the dessert in the freezer (or refrigerator) for 6 hours or overnight.

Carefully remove the finished cake from the pan and remove the paper. Garnish with slices of kiwi and lightly roasted almond leaves.
