Peanut butter and jam sandwiches are one of the most loved by children, but also by adults. A healthy light dessert of yoghurt with mango, fresh slices of celery and crispy popcorn contribute to the complete nutrition of the students.

Necessary products:

  • 2 slices wholemeal bread, cut in half
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 tablespoon jam (honey or other sweetener)
  • 3/4 tea cup low-fat yogurt
  • 1/2 cup mango, diced
  • a pinch of cinnamon
  • 2 stalks of celery, cut into slices
  • 1 cup popcorn

Method of preparation:

Brush one slice with peanut butter and the other with jam (honey or other sweetener). Make two mini sandwiches by cutting in half, then place in the lunch box.

Pour the yogurt into a small box with a lid or in a compartment of the lunch box. Add the mango pieces and sprinkle with cinnamon.

Put the slices of celery and popcorn in two different compartments in the box. Store in the refrigerator before consumption.
