How To Cook Lunch For School: Tortilla With Beans And Cheddar Cheese, Berries, Tomatoes And Avocados - Recipe

Necessary products:
  • 1/2 cup black canned beans, rinsed
  • 2 tablespoons grated cheddar cheese
  • 1 wholemeal tortilla
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1/4 cup diced avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of bark or lemon juice
  • 1/4 cup cherry tomatoes, cut in half
  • 2 strawberries, cut in half
  • 1/4 cup blueberries

Method of preparation:

Mix in a small bowl the beans and cheddar cheese. Spread the resulting mixture on the tortilla. Fold in half, pressing lightly.

Heat olive oil in a medium skillet over medium heat and bake the tortilla until golden on both sides, then cut into pieces and transfer to the lunch box. Put the avocado cubes in one of the compartments of the box and season with lime juice, add cherries tomatoes.

Put strawberries and blueberries in the same box or in a separate container.
