With proper and competent cooking of mackerel, in any of these ways, the fish can become a worthy decoration for both everyday and festive tables. Also, boiled mackerel can be used as a component of fish salads and as a filling for pies, pies, dumplings with fish.

For work, we need 1 mackerel, water - 500 ml, salt - 0.5 tsp, double boiler, knife, cutting board.

Step 2

 

Gut the mackerel, cut off the head, rinse well, dry.

Step 3

 

Rub the mackerel on all sides with salt. In addition to salt, you can grate it with your favorite spices for fish. Pour into a steamer bowl.

Cook mackerel for a couple of 20-25 minutes.

Cut off the head of the mackerel, remove the insides, rinse well under running water.

Step 3

 

Cut mackerel into 3-4 pieces. Pour into boiling water with salt.

Step 4

 

Boil. Reduce the fire to a minimum and cook the mackerel under the lid for 10 minutes.

Step 5

 

Take the mackerel out of the pan. The fish is ready to go.
