Required products :

1 large frozen mackerel
250 grams mussels
250 grams mushrooms
100 milliliters cooking cream with fat content 10-15%
2 tablespoons tomato sauce
2 tablespoons soy sauce
salt, paprika and curry to taste
olive oil
flour for rolling

Method of preparation :

Thaw the fish, clean it, cut off the head and cut into two fillets, then cut them into large pieces. Add salt, roll in flour and fry on both sides in olive oil.

Cut the mushrooms into pieces, fry them in a separate bowl. Add the mussels, let them fry briefly over high heat, stirring to quickly evaporate the liquid. Then reduce the heat and add the soy and tomato sauces, salt and spices to taste to the products in the bowl, and add the cream. Stir and place the pieces of fish. Stir thoroughly again and let everything cook for 1-2 minutes. Close the pan with a lid and let the dish stand for a few more minutes.
