1 part corn flour
2 parts fresh milk
100 grams of grated yellow cheese

Method of preparation :
Boil the corn flour in the milk, add salt to taste. Grate the yellow cheese, mash the cheese and mix with chopped parsley.
Take a baking dish, pour in a layer of corn porridge, followed by a row of cheese with parsley and again hominy. Coat the surface with cream, sprinkle with grated cheese and place the dish in the oven. Let it bake until an appetizing yellow crust forms. You can serve with a stuffing of oil and paprika.
