Required products :

1 teaspoon tea

cinnamon stick

2 thin slices of ginger

2 cloves

1 teaspoon boiling water

1 tangerine

honey to taste

1 - 2 lemon rings

 

Method of preparation :

Put the tea and spices in a suitable container, pour boiling water over them and put on low heat.

Peel a squash, squeeze the juice, pour it into a bowl, add the fruit itself and let it boil for 5 minutes.

Put 1-2 lemon slices in a suitable glass, strain the drink and pour. Sweeten with honey to taste and serve.
