How To Cook Marinated Anchovies With Garlic And Parsley - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 500 grams of anchovies
  • 500 milliliters of wine vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1 head of garlic, peeled and finely chopped
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • 1 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil

 

Method of preparation:

 

Wash, dry the fish and put it in a bowl. Add a few cloves of garlic and a portion of chopped parsley. Drizzle with vinegar, add salt and leave the mixture to stand for 24 hours.

Then rinse the fish, arrange it in jars. In a saucepan, heat the apple cider vinegar mixed with the remaining parsley, garlic and olive oil.

After boiling, cool and distribute the marinade in each jar. Close and store in the refrigerator. Serve the anchovies chilled, garnished with freshly chopped green spices of your choice.
