How To Cook Marinated Chicken Skewers With Marinade And Spices - Recipe

Required products :

  • 2 tablespoons roasted sesame seeds
  • 1 tablespoon chives
  • 1 teaspoon hot pepper flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon grated lemon peel
  • Left

For the chicken:

  • 1/3 tea cup brown sugar
  • 1/3 teaspoon myrin
  • 1/3 tea cup soy sauce
  • 1/4 tea cup rice vinegar
  • 800 grams of skinless chicken upper legs
  • Olive oil
  • Left

Method of preparation :

Mix the spices in a bowl - sesame seeds, chives, pepper, lemon peel and season with salt.

Prepare the chicken skewers: Combine the brown sugar, myrrh, soy sauce and vinegar in a small saucepan. Transfer 1/4 tea cup of the mixture to a zippered bag.

Cut the legs into cubes and put them in the bag, massage with your hands to taste. Marinate them for 2 to 12 hours.

Meanwhile, simmer the remaining marinade until reduced by half (about 8-10 minutes).

Heat a grill on medium heat and grease it with olive oil.

Make skewers with 6-8 pieces. Season them lightly with salt and place them on the grill. Bake them for about 4 minutes until they turn brown and tan.

Then grease with the reduced marinade and return to the grill, turn every 30 seconds and grease, it will take you another 5 minutes.

Sprinkle the prepared skewers with the prepared spices.
