How To Cook Marinated Peppers With Basil And Garlic - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Marinated hot peppers with basil and garlic". Delicious recipe.

Necessary products:

1.5 kg hot peppers (different colors)

0.800 liters of white wine vinegar

0.400 liters of water

1.5 tablespoons salt

1.5 tablespoons granulated sugar

0.600 liters of olive oil

garlic

dried basil

Method of preparation:

Cut the peppers into small pieces together with the seeds and put them in a deep bowl (if they are too hot, you can remove some of the seeds). Separately mix the vinegar, water, salt, sugar and pour this marinade over the peppers. Cover the container with foil, for example, and place a heavy object on top so that the contents can be compressed. Leave for 4 hours, then drain all the liquid.

Take clean sterilized jars and fill them, alternating a layer of pickled peppers, chopped garlic cloves and basil, peppers again and so on until the jar is filled to the brim. Squeeze the contents well, pour olive oil (it should fill all the free space in the jar). Close with a sterilized lid and store cold.

Enjoy your meal!
