Required products :

600 grams of pork ribs
1 kg of potatoes
3 onions
1 carrot
1 tablespoon adjika
3 cloves garlic
1 tablespoon mustard a
few sprigs of basil
1 sprig of fresh oregano or 1/2 teaspoon dried
pinch of black pepper
salt to taste
2.5 tablespoons oil

Method of preparation :

Mix adjika with mustard, crushed garlic cloves, black pepper.

Cut the ribs into portions, spread them with the marinade, rubbing it into them with your hands. Leave for 1 hour to taste.

Wash the potatoes, cut them into large pieces without peeling and cook for a few minutes. They should remain firm on the inside and soften on the outside. Drain them from the water and let them cool a bit.

Peel an onion and cut it into semicircles, a carrot - into random pieces. Mix the two vegetables and distribute them evenly in a pan greased with oil. Season with oregano and basil, salt and arrange the potatoes and ribs on top. Distribute the rest of the marinade evenly.

Cover the dish with foil and bake the dish in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for 40 minutes. Then remove the coating and let it bake for another 20 minutes so that a crispy crust forms on the surface.

Serve the ribs with the hot vegetables in the form in which you prepared them.

Enjoy your meal!
