Necessary products:

2 kilograms of green tomatoes for 1 three-liter jar

1 head of garlic

1 hot pepper

1 - 2 sweet peppers

aspirin (1 tablet per jar)

dill

For the marinade:

to 3 liters of water put 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/4 teaspoon of sugar and 0.250 liters of 9% vinegar.

Method of preparation:

Pre-boil the jars and lids. At the bottom of each dish put dill and 1 tablet of crushed aspirin. Peel and clean the garlic and unpeeled peppers, grind them together with the hot ones. Distribute the resulting mixture evenly in the jars.

Cut the tomatoes into 2 - 4 parts (depending on their size, put them and pour the boiling marinade you made from these products. Vinegar is best added immediately after boiling the liquid, but not earlier (and turn off the hob.) Close the jars.
