How To Cook Marinated Tomatoes With Garlic And Onions - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Marinated tomatoes with garlic and onions". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

2 - 3 kg of medium red tomatoes

1 head of garlic

2 small onions

3 tablespoons oil

parsley

For the marinade (per 1 liter of water):

1 liter of water

50 milliliters of vinegar 9%

1 tablespoon salt with a small tip

3 tablespoons sugar without top

1 teaspoon black peppercorns

1 teaspoon allspice

Bay leaf

Method of preparation :

At the bottom of pre-prepared jars distribute finely chopped parsley, garlic and put 1 tablespoon of oil in a one-liter jar.

Using a toothpick, make holes in the tomatoes in the part where the handle is, so that they are better soaked with the marinade.

Arrange them in jars on parsley (tomatoes should be clean, dry and healthy). You can cut the larger ones in half. You should add a few onion rings to each jar.

Boil the marinade from the products listed above for it, pouring the vinegar when the liquid boils.

Drizzle the tomatoes, but it is important to know that the marinade should be hot but boiling. Sterilize for 12 - 15 minutes.

Turn the jars back until cool.

Enjoy your meal!
