How To Cook Mashed Potato Casserole With Minced Meat, Bacon And Vegetables - Recipe

Necessary products:

 

  • 7-8 potatoes
  • 60 grams of butter
  • salt, pepper
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 300 grams of minced meat, finely chopped
  • 150 grams of diced bacon
  • 200 grams of canned mushrooms
  • 1 chopped green pepper
  • 1 onion, finely chopped
  • 100 grams of grated yellow cheese

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put the potatoes in salted water and boil them. Peel and slice them. Put them in a bowl, add the milk, butter, salt, pepper and mash with a press.

Heat olive oil and fry onions, drained mushrooms, minced meat and peppers. When ready, add the mixture to the puree, stir and pour into an oiled pan.

Sprinkle with grated yellow cheese and finely chopped bacon. Preheat oven to 200 degrees and bake until golden brown. Cool, cut and serve.
