Necessary products:
- 1 kg of potatoes
- 4 eggs
- 2 onions
- 400 g yellow cheese / cheese
- 1 - 2 p. l. oil
- parsley
- pepper

Method of preparation:
Cut the yellow cheese / cheese into small cubes, onion - into small pieces and stew it in butter until soft. Boil the potatoes, peel them and mash them. Add the butter, beaten eggs, onion, cheese / yellow cheese (if you use yellow cheese, grate it), season everything with salt and pepper, beat.
Pour the puree into a greased pot, put small cubes of butter on top, place in the oven without closing the pan with a lid and bake for 30 minutes on medium heat.
Serve as a side dish to meat or fish in combination with fresh vegetables or green spices.
