Required products :

  • 12 potatoes
  • 200 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 40 grams of butter
  • 2 eggs
  • salt to taste

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the pre-peeled potatoes until ready.

 

After the water boils, add salt, close the pan with a lid and reduce the temperature to medium.

 

When the potatoes are ready, drain the water and leave them for a while in the pot (without lid).

 

Then add the butter and mash (you can use a mixer).
