Required products :
- 1 kg of potatoes, cut into cubes
- 1/2 cup yogurt
- 1/2 cup fresh milk
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 2 tablespoons green onions, finely chopped
- freshly ground black pepper
Method of preparation :
- Heat water with 1 teaspoon of salt in a medium saucepan.
- When it boils, add the sliced potatoes and cook for 15-20 minutes until soft.
- Remove from the heat and drain.
- In a saucepan add the yogurt and milk, 1 teaspoon of salt and chopped green onions. Knead to the desired consistency.
- Season the mashed potatoes with freshly ground black pepper and serve.
