How To Cook Meatballs In Cream Sauce With Green Spices - Recipe

Required products :

  • 600 grams of minced meat
  • 1 egg
  • 250 milliliters of cream
  • 1/2 bunch green onion feathers
  • 1/2 connection kereviz
  • 1/2 bunch basil
  • 1/2 bunch parsley
  • 500 grams of noodles in wide strips
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 slice of stale bread
  • meat broth

Method of preparation :

Finely chop the green spices, soak the bread in a little water and then drain. Mash it and mix with the minced meat and egg. Add salt, pepper and mix well. From the resulting mixture form small meatballs and put them in boiling meat broth to cook until they rise to the surface. Then remove them with a slotted spoon and leave them in a warm place.

Boil the noodles in salted water and drain. Bring 100 ml of meat broth to a boil, add the cream and leave for a short time on low heat. Mix with green spices, season with salt and pepper.

Serve the meatballs with the noodles and cream sauce.
