Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of minced pork
  • 300 grams of minced beef
  • 10 grams of cumin, ground
  • 10 grams of freshly ground black pepper
  • salt to taste
  • 2 sprigs of fresh parsley
  • 10 grams of sesame seeds
  • 10 grams of black sesame seeds
  • 10 grams of flaxseed
  • 400 grams of blanched broccoli
  • soy sauce to taste
  • lemon juice to taste
  • 1-2 tablespoons olive oil
  • wooden skewers

 

Method of preparation:
