How To Cook Meatballs With Pesto Sauce And Mozzarella In Bacon - Recipe

Required products :

  • 500 grams of minced meat
  • 2 tablespoons pesto sauce
  • 100 grams of mozzarella (can be replaced with feta or yellow cheese)
  • 24 strips of bacon
  • 380 grams of tomatoes
  • 1 head of lettuce, thinly sliced
  • connection basil
  • salt and pepper
  • oil

 

Method of preparation :

Mix the minced meat with pesto sauce, salt, pepper, and mix well.

Cut the preferred cheese into cubes (with a side of 0.5 cm).

 

Scrape 1 teaspoon of minced meat, form balls (about 5 cm in diameter, no more). You will get 24-25 bites of minced meat.

In the middle of each press with your finger and put a piece of cheese / yellow cheese in it. Press the filling and shape the ball.

Wrap each in a strip of bacon and string 3-4 on skewers, which arrange in a tray covered with a sheet of parchment.

Bake in the oven at 220 degrees (for about 15-20 minutes). Maybe on the grill, then you will need 10-15 minutes.
