Necessary products:

 

  • 700 grams of white flour
  • 150 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 150 grams of skim milk
  • 10 grams of dry yeast
  • 4 grams of sugar
  • 6 grams of salt
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 60 grams of melted butter
  • 4 crushed garlic cloves
  • 5 grams of crushed savory

 

Method of preparation:

 

Heat the milk, it should be warm but not hot. Combine it with the strained milk and stir. In a bowl, sift the flour, add the yeast, salt, sugar and olive oil. Mix all ingredients, mix and prepare a soft dough.
