Required products :

  • 1 liter of fresh milk
  • 150 grams of flour
  • 200 milliliters of water
  • 20 grams of butter
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tablespoon sugar
  • 1 egg


Method of preparation :

Sift the flour into a bowl, make a hole in the middle where you knock the egg and put a pinch of salt. Stir, small lumps should be obtained. If you want them to be larger in size, do not grind very carefully.

Pour the milk and water into a saucepan, put on medium heat and wait for the liquid to boil. Then reduce the temperature of the hob to a minimum and pour the dough lumps into the pan.

Mix well, add salt and sugar to taste and cook for about a quarter of an hour (until the gnocchi are ready).

Divide the soup into bowls or deep plates and serve the portions, putting a piece of butter in each.
