Necessary products:

 

  • 300 grams of mushroom slaughterhouse
  • 60 grams of butter
  • 100 grams of flour
  • 250 milliliters of fresh milk
  • 250 milliliters of water
  • salt, black pepper, paprika
  • street lute piper
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Method of preparation:

 

Clean and cut the mushrooms into pieces. Heat the butter, fry and stew them. Mix the milk with the flour and water, pour in the liquid and stir until thickened.

Season with salt, pepper, paprika and hot crushed peppers to taste. Add oregano, reduce the heat and cook over low heat for another 15 minutes. Pour portions and serve the soup warm.
