Required products :
150 grams of millet
200 grams of bacon
100 grams of onion
2 potatoes
meat broth according to the desired density of the dish
salt and parsley to taste
Method of preparation :
Peel an onion and chop finely and fry.
Cut the bacon into small cubes and add to the onion. Fry lightly.
Wash the millet several times with hot water and pour it into the pot with the boiling broth. Add the peeled and sliced potatoes, leave everything on the stove until ready.
Pour the fried onions and bacon in the bowl with the other products, stir, add salt and let the dish cook for another 3-5 minutes on low heat.
Before serving, sprinkle with chopped fresh parsley or another green spice of your choice.
