How To Cook Minced Casserole With Cheese And Zucchini In A Potato Peel - Recipe

Required products :

1 kg of minced meat mixture (maybe less - about 800 grams)
2 medium onions
2 eggs
1 red sweet pepper
200 grams of cheese (yellow cheese, feta)
200 grams of white bread
1 large zucchini (about 300 grams)
5-6 medium potatoes
2 teaspoons mustard
salt, pepper and other spices to taste
oil


Preparation :
Pour cold water over the bread, peel the onion and cut into small cubes, in the same way cut the cheese and pepper.
Wash the zucchini and cut into thin strips lengthwise, fry for 5 minutes in hot oil.
Add the eggs to the minced meat, also the drained bread, onion, mustard, spices to taste and mix well.
Then add the cheese and pepper, knead again. Divide the mixture into two equal parts.
Cover the bottom of a suitable form with baking paper and distribute half of the minced meat, giving the elongated oval shape. Followed by fried zucchini strips and the remaining minced meat.
Peel and grate the potatoes, add salt and drain the liquid. Cover the roll with a layer of potatoes (top and sides).
Bake in a preheated 200 degree oven on medium heat for about an hour (or more, depending on the oven).
