How To Cook Mini Pancakes With Homemade Strawberry Jam - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 1/4 tea flour
  • 2 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 3/4 tea cup of fresh milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 teaspoons butter

For garnish :

  • homemade wild strawberry jam
  • whipped cream

Method of preparation :

 

  • In a large bowl, mix the flour, baking powder and sugar.
  • Make a well in the middle and add the egg, milk and vanilla.
  • Use a wire stirrer to stir until smooth.
  • Melt the butter in a large Teflon pan over medium heat.
  • To make a pancake, pour 2 tablespoons of the dough into the pan.
  • When bubbles start to appear on the surface, turn it over and bake for about 1-2 minutes until golden. Repeat with the remaining dough.
  • Serve the mini pancakes warm, garnished with homemade strawberry jam and whipped cream.
