Required products :

  • 1 cup finely chopped fresh mint leaves
  • 1 teaspoon water
  • 1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 500 grams of sugar
  • 5 drops of green food coloring
  • 75 grams of liquid pectin


Method of preparation :

Wash and chop the fresh mint leaves finely.

Pour the water into a saucepan, add the vinegar, sugar and mint. Stir.

Put the pan on medium heat and let the liquid boil, stirring.

Then remove from the heat, add a few drops of green coloring and pectin.

Return the pan to the heat and wait for the contents to boil. Exactly download again after 30 seconds.

Strain through several layers of gauze or use a fine sieve.

While the jelly is still hot, distribute it in clean dry jars, cover with lids (do not close) and sterilize for 15 minutes.

Then close and store at room temperature.
