Required products :

  • 400 grams of pork
  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 2 eggs
  • 150 grams of yellow cheese
  • fresh and dry garlic to taste
  • 150 grams of sour cream

Method of preparation :

Cut the meat into medium-sized and approximately equal-sized pieces. Add salt, sprinkle with dry garlic and leave for a while to taste.

Peel the potatoes and cut them (maybe into straws or cubes).

Beat the eggs, mix them with the cream, add salt and add the crushed fresh garlic (about 4-6 cloves). Stir.

Cover the pan with a sheet of parchment (you can use foil or just grease the dish). Spread the pork, pour it with some of the sauce, put the potatoes and cover them with the topping.

Cover the pan with foil and bake the moussaka for 40 minutes in the oven. Then remove the coating, sprinkle the dish generously with grated cheese and return to the oven for another 3-5 minutes to form a yellow crust.

You can serve with vegetables.

Enjoy your meal!
