Necessary products for 3 servings:

350-400 grams of larger mushrooms

2 onions

150 ml sour cream

Method of preparation:

Cut the onion into slightly thin semicircles. Crush in a mortar a mix of different types of pepper (about 1 handful). Pour 2-3 tablespoons of oil into a pan and when hot, put the mushrooms well. Immediately salt, add the mix of pepper and bay leaf (just at this point in the cooking mushrooms absorb the aromas and taste). When lightly browned, add the onion and continue to fry, stirring. When the liquid separated from the mushrooms and onions evaporates, add the flour, mix well, fry for another half a minute and add the cream (if it is very thick, you can add another 2 tablespoons of water). Stew on low heat for approximately 5-7 minutes (or until the products are ready). Finally, add the grated yellow cheese, mix well and remove from the heat after a minute or two.

The dish goes well with mashed potatoes and dill.

Enjoy your meal!
