Method of preparation :
Cut the mushrooms and onions, fry them until the liquid evaporates and remove on paper.
In the same pan, pour another tablespoon of oil and fry the coarsely grated carrot, then also remove on paper.
Grate the yellow cheese, finely chop the dill and mix the products you have prepared so far.
In a separate bowl, combine mayonnaise / sour cream and mustard. Season the salad with the dressing, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste.
You can also add croutons to the salad if desired.
