How To Cook Mushroom Salad With Squid, Pickles And Mayonnaise - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of squid
  • 200 grams of fresh mushrooms
  • 2-3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1-2 pickles
  • 3 eggs, hard boiled
  • 2 onions
  • 50 milliliters of refined oil
  • mayonnaise to taste
  • spices: fresh greens, salt, pepper

 

Method of preparation :

Clean the washed mushrooms and cut them into pieces or tiles, which you fry until ready in the hot fat (season them). Remove to a plate and fry the chopped onion in the same pan until soft.

Put the squid in boiling water for about 3 minutes, then cool and cut into thin straws.

Boiled eggs and cucumbers cut into small cubes, chop the green spices.

Finally, mix the products in a suitable bowl, season with mayonnaise, lemon juice, stir and serve the salad.
