How To Cook Nests Of Minced Meat With Spicy Cheddar And Bacon Filling - Recipe

Required products :

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons cheddar, grated in bulk (about 150 grams) - or use and yellow cheese of your choice
  • 1/2 cup fried bacon, finely chopped
  • 2 hot peppers, finely chopped
  • 1/2 tea Ranch sauce
  • 900 grams of minced beef
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 teaspoons freshly ground black pepper

Method of preparation :

Mix the bacon, grated yellow cheese, hot pepper and Ranch sauce in a bowl. Refrigerate while you prepare the nests themselves.

Season the minced meat with salt and pepper and form large meatballs (about 120 grams each).

Put them in a tray and press their center with a box of soft drinks or a glass to form a bowl.

Fill the meatballs with the cheddar mixture and refrigerate for 2 hours.

Once firm, bake on the grill (with lid) or in the oven at 220 degrees until the minced meat is completely baked.

You can use the meatballs as a hamburger or serve them with a salad or garnish of your choice.
