Borscht, soups, pie fillings, nettle pancakes, sauces, casseroles, puddings. Nettles can be added to any of these dishes. Many people have a question: how to prepare nettles before adding them to dishes. Nettle leaves can be dried, frozen or boiled for later use in cooking.
Nettle, succumbing to high temperature, ceases to "sting" and becomes soft and tender. No need to cook nettles for a long time - boil it for 1-2 minutes or just pour over plenty of boiling water and then you can safely add it to your favorite dishes.
