Required products :
2 oranges
1 apple
1 lemon
100 grams of fresh or frozen strawberries (according to the season)
150 grams of sugar
a pinch of cinnamon
a pinch of cardamom
a pinch of dried ginger
400 milliliters of strong tea
Method of preparation :
Cut all the fruit into small pieces and mix them in an enamel saucepan. Sprinkle them with sugar and leave for 30 minutes.
Then mix gently and add the spices. Pour the hot tea, close the container with a lid and leave the drink in a warm place for 1 hour.
It remains to strain the punch and pour into suitable cups.
