Required products :
  • 2 teaspoons water
  • 1/2 cup oatmeal
  • 1 grated clove of garlic
  • 1/4 tea cup grated yellow cheese or other favorite cheese
  • 1 tablespoon chopped green onions
  • 4 eggs
  • salt and pepper to taste
Method of preparation :
 
Pour the water into a small saucepan and place on the stove. When the liquid boils, reduce the temperature to medium and add the oatmeal and garlic. Close the pan with a lid and let it cook for about 5-7 minutes. Then remove from the heat and season to taste. Fry the eggs, being careful and keeping the yolks whole.
Distribute the porridge in suitable plates and put 2 eggs in each.
 
The dish is ready.
