Pumpkin season has come. Whether because of it or because of the spices, these oatmeal are reminiscent of Christmas - they contain dried apples, cinnamon and nutmeg. The result - a delicious and filling breakfast for everyone.

Required products :

  • 1 1/3 tea cups water
  • 2/3 tea cup of apple juice
  • 1/2 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1/3 tea cup dried apples
  • 1 1/4 tea cups oatmeal
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/2 cup yogurt
  • honey and pumpkin seeds if desired

Method of preparation :

Put the water, apple juice, pumpkin, dried apples in the pan and wait for the liquid to boil.

Mix the oatmeal with the brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and pour into the boiling water. Cook for one minute, stirring constantly.

Remove from the heat and add a little yoghurt, honey and seeds in each portion.
