Required products :
3 eggs
1 tomato
50 grams of bacon a
few feathers green onion
salt to taste
grated yellow cheese for sprinkling
Method of preparation :
Beat the eggs in a bowl. Finely chop the green onion feathers, pour over the eggs and add salt to taste.
Cut the bacon into small pieces and fry them in a dry pan. Add the chopped tomatoes to them and let them simmer together for a few minutes.
Then pour the egg combination in a bowl with the bacon and tomatoes and bake an omelet (3-4 minutes on each side).
Remove to a plate, sprinkle with grated cheese and decorate the dish with green spices of your choice.
