How To Cook Open Puff Pastry With Mushrooms, Spinach And Eggs - Recipe

Required products :

  • 300 grams of mushrooms
  • 150 grams of cottage cheese
  • 100 grams of fresh spinach (can be frozen)
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 sheet of puff pastry
  • spices: black pepper, salt

 

Method of preparation :

Cut the mushrooms into quarters, if they are not large - maybe in two parts. Fry them in hot fat for about 5-7 minutes.

In case you use frozen spinach, add it to the mushrooms and let the mixture prepare until the liquid evaporates.

Beat the eggs lightly with a fork and combine with the cottage cheese, mushrooms and spinach.

Put the puff pastry in a greased form, pierce it in several places with a fork and place in the oven, which you have preheated to 200 degrees, for 10 minutes.

Then take it out, spread the stuffing on the surface, flatten it and put it back in the oven for half an hour.

Wait for the finished cake to cool a bit and then cut.
