Necessary products:

 

  • 2 teaspoons butter
  • 100 grams of semolina
  • 1 kg of oranges
  • 100 grams of ground roasted Indian cashews
  • 1 cup fresh milk
  • 1-2 vanilla powders

 

Method of preparation:


Melt and heat the butter in a saucepan. Fry semolina, dilute with 1 teaspoon of water, add vanilla, sugar and ground nuts.

Peel the oranges, squeeze the juice and grind some of the peels with a blender and add them to the mixture. Stir and simmer over low heat until thickened.

Pour, cool and serve the orange creams, garnished with whole cashew nuts.
