Required products :
- 5 oranges
- 1 lemon
- 1.5 liters of rose wine
- 250 milliliters of vodka
- 200 milliliters of dark rum
- 400 grams of brown sugar
- 1 stick of vanilla
Method of preparation :
Wash and dry the citrus. Cut each of them into 4-5 pieces without peeling them.
Pour the wine, rum and vodka into a large bowl. Add the pieces of fruit, the chopped vanilla stick together with the seeds, sugar and cover the dish.
Leave the mixture to stand for 6-8 weeks in the refrigerator.
Strain the resulting wine and distribute in bottles.
Store in the refrigerator.
