Required products :
200 grams of dried pears
200 grams of dried apples
100 grams of prunes
100 grams of dried cherries
100 grams of raisins
200 grams of honey
4 liters of water
Method of preparation :
Wash the dried fruit several times. Pour cold water over the pears and place on the stove. Simmer for 30 minutes. Then pour the apples, plums, raisins and cherries into the bowl. Let everything boil for 30 - 40 minutes. Add honey to the prepared oshav and leave the drink for 1-2 hours in the cold to cool.
