Required products :

 

  • 500 milliliters of fresh milk for pancakes and 2.5 tea cups for cream
  • 200 grams of flour for pancakes and 3 more tablespoons for cream
  • 4 eggs (2 for pancakes and 2 for cream)
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • 1 tablespoon sugar for pancakes and 1 teaspoon cream
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • left
  • vanilla
  • coconut shavings for decoration
  • 70 grams of butter


Method of preparation :

Beat the milk with the eggs. Add the flour, sugar, vanilla, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Mix well, no lumps should remain. Pour the oil into the dough so that you do not have to grease the dish.

Bake thin pancakes in a very hot pan. When they are ready, wait for them to cool.

During this time, make the cream.

Beat two eggs with 2/3 of the milk. Add the flour, vanilla and sugar.

Bring the remaining milk to a boil and then pour into the mixture. Stir thoroughly and allow the cream to cool. When this happens, mix it with the butter beaten with a mixer.

Put 2-3 tablespoons of the milk filling on each pancake and roll.

Sprinkle with coconut shavings and have fun!
