How To Cook Parsley And Oregano Pesto Sandwiches With Emmental And Yellow Cheese - Recipe

Necessary products for two sandwiches:

 

  • two slices of rye bread
  • half a bunch of fresh parsley
  • a few sprigs of fresh oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 50 grams of grated Emmental
  • 1 chopped tomato

 

Method of preparation:

 

Put oregano, parsley and olive oil in a blender. Beat until smooth and spread the pesto on the slices of bread. Sprinkle with emmental and bake in a party grill or oven for 5 minutes. Cool, garnish with tomato slices and serve.
