You must be wondering what kind of pizza this is. In fact, the idea is very tasty and cute. We can not call the dish stuffed peppers, because these are small party pizzas. And the best part is that you don't have to worry about carbs at all, because there is no dough. And you can be sure that even the most naughty child will want to try the vegetables in the form of your favorite pizza. Let's start!

Required products :

  • 4 large peppers
  • 1 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 cup tomato sauce
  • 2 tea cups grated mozzarella
  • 1/2 teaspoon parmesan
  • 1/3 tea cup mini pepperoni (or other sausage of your choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chopped parsley

Method of preparation :

Preheat the oven to maximum. Divide the peppers in two halves lengthwise and clean them, you should get boats. Brush each with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Fill with mozzarella and parmesan. Arrange a few pieces of sausage (option is to use another spicy salami). Put the peppers in the oven for 15 minutes until the cheese is browned and becomes appetizing golden in color. Sprinkle the finished pizzas with parsley and eat them with pleasure.
