The ingredients for this recipe with pasta, parmesan and sausage are for 2 servings , and cooking will only cost you about 40 minutes . Well, let's not waste valuable time!

 

Necessary products

  • 1 1/2 teaspoons Orekiete pasta (or other small pasta of your choice)
  • 1/4 tea cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 200 grams of spicy Italian sausage
  • 3 teaspoons chicken broth
  • 1/2 cup arugula, finely chopped
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

 

Method of preparation

Put olive oil in a large pan and heat it to a high temperature. Pour the onion and fry for 5-6 minutes until soft. Add the chopped sausage, stir and cook for another 5-6 minutes.

Pour half of the chicken broth into the pan and heat until it boils. Add the pasta and stir. Let it boil for a few minutes until it absorbs the liquid. Pour the remaining broth and cook for another 15 minutes.

Finally add the arugula and wait 2-3 minutes for it to shrink. Remove from the heat and serve the finished dish in bowls. Sprinkle with grated Parmesan. Enjoy your meal!
