Learn how to cook "Pasta salad with mozzarella, olives and garlic". Delicious recipe.
Required products :
400 grams of pasta
250 g mozzarella (or cheese)
4 tomatoes
1 sweet pepper
70 g olives
3 tablespoons capers
2 garlic cloves
4 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons vinegar with tarragon
1/2 lemon
2 tbsp chopped parsley
2 tbsp chopped basil
salt and ground black pepper to taste
Preparation :
Boil the pasta in salted water until cooked , drain the liquid with a colander. Pour 1 tablespoon of olive oil over the pasta, stir and leave to cool.
Peel a squash, grate it and cut it into cubes. Cut the tomatoes and cheese in the same way.
Squeeze the lemon juice and cut the peel into thin straws.
Make a sauce by mixing citrus juice with the remaining olive oil and vinegar, add finely chopped garlic, salt and pepper to taste.
Mix the pasta with the prepared vegetables, olives, capers, lemon peel, mozzarella / cheese, parsley, basil and season the salad with the resulting sauce.
Stir and serve.
