How To Cook Pasta With Cheddar Cheese, Butter And Milk - Recipe

Learn how to cook "Pasta with cheddar cheese, butter and milk". Delicious recipe.

Required products :

  • 250 grams of pasta
  • 1/4 tea cup butter (cow)
  • 1/4 tea cup white wheat flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • black pepper (pinch)
  • 2 teaspoons fresh cow's milk
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese (parmesan or mozzarella)
  • green onions if desired

 

Method of preparation :

Boil the selected pasta according to the instructions on the package.

Meanwhile, over a moderate heat in a medium saucepan, melt the butter and pour in the flour, salt and pepper.

Gradually start pouring the milk and cook, stirring, until the mixture thickens. Then add the cheddar cheese and stir to melt.

 

Drain the liquid from the already cooked pasta and pour them with the prepared milk sauce, mix well and you can sprinkle with chopped green onion feathers if desired.
