Required products :

  • 60 grams of unsalted butter
  • 3 teaspoons pasta
  • 700 milliliters of condensed milk
  • 1/3 tea cup skim milk
  • 2 large eggs, lightly beaten
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 600 grams of shredded cheese
  • red pepper for sprinkling

Method of preparation :

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees and grease the bottom and walls of a baking dish with approximately 23/33 centimeters.
  • Boil the pasta in a large saucepan with salted water according to the instructions on the package.
  • Drain and add the butter. Stir well to taste evenly.
  • In a medium bowl, mix the condensed and skim milk, eggs, salt, garlic powder and black pepper. Stir.
  • Spread 1/3 of the pasta on the bottom of the pan and sprinkle with 1/3 of the shredded cheese. Repeat with the remaining pasta and cheese.
  • Pour in the egg mixture and flatten slightly if necessary.
  • Sprinkle with paprika and bake for about 35-45 minutes until the top layer acquires a golden brown color.
  • Let the pasta stand for 10-15 minutes before slicing and serving.
