Required products :

  • 1 kg of potatoes
  • 3 eggs
  • 200 grams of cheese
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 125 grams of butter
  • mint to taste and optional

Method of preparation :

Peel the raw potatoes, grate them finely, rinse with water, drain the liquid and place in a bowl.
Add the eggs, salt and stir.

Mash the cheese and add it to the other products.

Melt the butter and pour half into the pan. Spread the potato dough and on it - the remaining butter.

Bake the dish in a preheated 190 degree oven for about 20 minutes.

 

Sprinkle with dried mint if desired.
